Dutch Herring 2022: fat and delicious!

On june 14th, according to beloved Dutch tradition, was the charity auction of the fist barrol of herring ("Hollandse Nieuwe")
It was the first time in three years and the industry went into a bidding spree for NGO "Stiching Ambulance Wens" a charity that makes dreams come true of termanilly ill people, by transporting them with ambulance to the destination of their choice. A record number of 113.500 euro was accomplished. The herring itself (according to the quality check panel) hasn't been this delicious since 15 year.
